1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using slimniece.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Users under 18 should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

2. The service

SlimNiece provides health calculators, weight tracking, goal setting, nutrition logging, workout logging, AI predictions, and related wellness tools. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational purposes only.

3. Medical disclaimer

SlimNiece is not a medical service. Nothing on this platform constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary or exercise changes, particularly for teenagers and those with health conditions.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the service in ways that harm other users or the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the service, use automated tools to scrape or access the service at scale, or use the service for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Free plan: available to all users at no cost indefinitely. Pro and Premium plans: billed monthly. 14-day free trial on all paid plans. Cancel at any time — you retain access until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months unless required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

All content, tools, designs, and code on SlimNiece are owned by SlimNiece and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlimNiece is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the service at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SlimNiece is registered. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
